Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- Standard Shipping (USPS Ground / UPS Ground): 3–6 business days — Flat rate $7.95
- Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail / UPS 2nd Day Air): 2 business days — $19.95
- Overnight Shipping (UPS Next Day Air): 1 business day — $29.95
Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $149.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery time is counted from the day your order ships, not the day it is placed. Transit times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or weather.
- Central U.S. (including Kansas): 2–4 business days
- East Coast: 3–5 business days
- West Coast: 4–7 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to offer international shipping in the future.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to file a claim. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
