1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Social Smoke, a brand operated by SS Tobacco LLC, collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit this website or contact us. This website is a product catalog. It does not sell products, and it does not process orders or payments.

2. Information we collect

• Information you provide: name, email address, company name, country or region, inquiry type, and the content of your message, submitted through our contact form.
• Your email address, if you subscribe to our newsletter. That is the only field the subscription form asks for.
• Automatic data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and timestamps, recorded in standard server and content delivery network logs.
• Approximate country: a country signal from our content delivery network, used only to apply the correct minimum age to the age verification prompt.
• Cookies and local storage: small files used to remember your age confirmation and site preferences.

We do not collect payment information, and this site has no user accounts or shopping cart.

3. How we use information

• To respond to distribution, retail partnership, wholesale, and media inquiries.
• To direct you to an authorized vendor carrying the products you asked about.

4. Age verification

When you confirm your age, we store that confirmation in your browser using local storage and a cookie so you are not asked again on every page. That record holds only the fact that you confirmed, the minimum age applied, and an expiry date. It contains no personal information. Your browser sends the cookie with each request to this site, the way browsers send cookies, but we do not read it or store it on our servers - the check runs in your browser. It expires after 30 days. Clearing your browser data removes it.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages are visited. It works without cookies, without identifiers that follow you between sites, and without building a profile. You can control cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking cookies will cause the age verification prompt to appear on every visit.

Our catalogs are shown on this site as images we host ourselves. No viewer from another company is loaded, and none of them sets a cookie.

If you submit an inquiry, we may contact you about your request and, where relevant, about distribution and wholesale opportunities. You can opt out at any time by replying to any message or contacting us directly.

7. Newsletter

Subscribing is optional and separate from everything else on this site. We use it to send product news and launch information, nothing more. Our newsletter is operated by Flodesk, which stores your email address on our behalf. When you subscribe, your address is passed to Flodesk from our server; no Flodesk script or cookie is loaded on this site. Every newsletter carries an unsubscribe link, and using it removes you immediately. You can also ask us to remove you by contacting us.

8. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. Contact form submissions are delivered to us through a third-party form processing service, newsletter subscriptions are held by our newsletter provider, and this site is served through a content delivery network. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law.

9. Links to authorized vendors

Our Where to Buy page links to independent retailers who carry our products. Those retailers are separate businesses with their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them. Anything you enter on a vendor's site is handled by that vendor, not by us.

10. Data retention

We retain inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and to maintain a record of business relationships, then delete it in the ordinary course, unless a longer period is required by law.
