Energy Pouch FAQ
What are energy pouches?
Oral pouches that deliver caffeine (no tobacco) with flavor. Place between gum and lip—no combustion, no device.
Do these contain nicotine?
No—SCL energy pouches do not contain nicotine.
Why do some flavors have a color or tint?
SCL energy pouches are made with natural flavors. Certain flavor extracts and functional ingredients can have natural color, which may lightly tint the pouch contents. Small color differences are normal and do not affect flavor or caffeine content.
How much caffeine is in a pouch?
Refer to the can label for exact caffeine per pouch and serving guidance.
How long should I keep a pouch in?
Commonly 10–45 minutes, depending on preference and strength.
Do I need to spit?
No. They’re designed for a low-drip, spit-free experience for most users.
Who should not use caffeine products?
Not for children. Avoid use if pregnant or nursing, or if sensitive to caffeine. Consult a physician if you have a medical condition or take medications.
Can I combine these with coffee or energy drinks?
Be mindful of total caffeine intake from all sources. Follow the can’s serving recommendations.
How should I store the pouches?
Store sealed, in a cool and dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight.
Are the pouch containers recyclable?
Yes, our can and lid are made from rigid polypropylene (PP #5) and are recyclable where facilities exist. Check the recycling symbol on the base and your local guidelines. Empty the can, keep used pouches out, and recycle the container (lid on if accepted). If your program doesn’t accept small-format items, dispose of the empty can in regular waste.
